Charter blames you VH-1 Classic

I just got a new DVR from Charter cable and no shows show up on the program guide for VH-1 Classic. This means I can not program my DVR for the concerts and "That Metal SHow". When I contacted them, they said you guys haven't updated you network info with them. PLEASE, someone there needs to bust their chops for me becasue I know this isn't true. MY family lives out of state and does not have this problem.

I miss Eddie, Jim and Don. I am just a helpless customer that no one will listen to.

Help me VH1 Classic, your my only hope...

It is absolutely ridiculous that VH1Classic won't provide the cable companies their TV schedule. You would think the channel would want their viewers to know what's on the channel without having to watch the first minute of the show to know what's on. There must be a reason, but I can't think of one. Very dumb from a business standpoint.
