So who makes your favorite amp or amps?  Here are mine for guitars Marshall,Mesa/Boogie,Line6, & Soldano. Now for bass I love Fender Bassman. The first Marshall amps were based on Fender's Bassman. Marshall just added reverb & gain.

I like mixing cabinets with different size speakers & arrangements Like with my Fender Bassman 10x8 & 1x15 cabinets. With that setup I get different mid & bass tones.

    Back in 1988, I bought a Laney 2x15s Bass cabinet and a 4x10 cab
to go with a Peavey MK 4 bass amp. I like those 10x8 bass cabinets
    (Hartke makes a good one).

For guitar Marshall's JCM800 & JMC900 series Heads are my favorites for raw in your face power. I also dig Line6 heads because you can just plug in and play because they have all the vintage & modern settings you'll ever need. Because Iommi I got a Laney head. Laney does make good heads. I don't care for there cabinets. My favorite guitar speak cabinets are Marshall 4x12 cabinets. Next world be Soldano 4x10 cabinets. I plane on getting a Mesa/Boogie half stack. In my opinion Mesa/Boogie's heads have the best mids of all heads. Also in my opinion Mesa/Boogie's cabinets have the best mids & bottom end tones.

This is what I'm using for guitar:
    Ibanez
    TB100R Toneblaster 2x12 100watt Combo Amp
One Laney GH-100TI Tony Iommi 100 Watt Tube Head
    One Marshall JCM800 2203 100watt Head
One Marshall JCM900 Hi Gain Dual Reverb 100watt Head
One Line 6 Spider Valve HD100 100W Head
One Tone TB212 Tone Blaster 2x12 Cabinet
Three Marshall 1960 4x12 lead angled speaker cabinets
Two Marshall 1960 4x12 straight speaker cabinets
One Soldano 4x10 Slant Speaker Cabinet

This is what I'm using for bass
Fender Bassman 250 HD 120V Head
    One Fender 10x8 Speaker Cabinet
One Fender Bassman 115 1x15 Speaker Cabinet

I use a Carvin R600 combo, with 300 watts per channel.
1 15" inch woofer and 2- 8 inchers. witha horn tweeter.
Can only be bought through the company, but a great Bass
    amp.
