I have been told by a reliable source, that VH1 Classic executives do checkout these message boards and I want them to read this....

I would like to address the subject matter in regards to your heavy metal series, Metal Mania and the lack of bands not getting their videos played on this series.I have been a loyal viewer of this show since it first premiered a few years ago and now, Metal Mania has become a joke, among fans of heavy metal, including myself.I can't believe that out of all the metal videos you currently have in your library, you don't seem to give the metal viewer all kinds of metal, but more on what was popular back then and not giving many other bands a chance to have their videos played to a newer generation of metal fans.

Instead, you give viewers countless repeats of videos, classic current videos and band blocks during the three and four hour telecast and not much anything else.I personally know you have the quick access to thousands of metal videos, cause you make them easily available to watch online, right on this very website and not how they should be really meant to be seen...On the tv screen

By biggest problem with Metal Mania is the lack of(and treatment)of thrash metal on this series, yes,  your channel does play Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax all the time, but other thrash bands don't  get the same treatment you give the three bands I just have mentioned and that's a serious problem.Where's Heathen, Flotsam And Jetsam, Lizzy Borden, Death Angel, King Diamond, Suicidial Tendencies, Gothic Slam, D.R.I., Metal Church and one of my favorite personal thrash outfits, Kreator and many others...Please give these bands a chance to have their videos played again on this channel.

Whomever runs this show, selects the videos, does not have a clue on what they're doing and I know Danzig made more videos than just "Mother 93" and not to forget, that Iron Maiden made more videos as well, besides "Run To The Hills" and your channel needs to be playing more of their other videos.It seems that every time I visit this message board, there is always someone complaining about how bad Metal Mania is getting and I totally agree with them, but if  someone from this channel does read these complaints from your viewers, then do something to correct the problem, instead of simply ignoring it.Your goal VH1 Classic, is to keep your viewers, gain new viewers...."NOT" to loose them, but sadly, you are loosing your metal viewers and I hope that's not your main goal with your audience.

Before I leave, I would also like to point out, that when I watch other video music series on your channel, the other shows do not  present countless repeats like Metal Mania does and please to the right thing, restore Metal Mania to a great show for all heavy metal fans.
